    What is the definition of a "canadian host"?
    To me it means that:
    1. The company is a Canadian based company - headquartered in Canada
    2. It's data center has to be in Canada
    I don't think any of the above mentioned hosting companies meet this criteria.

    The above is key - if you want the benefits of actually being with a Canadian host (ie SEO benefits, not being subjected to the DMCA, etc) - you need to choose a web hosting provider that actually has all their servers located in Canada.

    These were the ones I could find, but none were in reviews.

    I just googled reviews for JUST HOST and could not find one review that had anything positive to say about them just host. Not quite sure were the positive reviews are.

    Most reviews sites aren't really genuine reviews sites. Hosting affiliate programs are quite lucrative, and generally it'll be the ones that pay the most that tend to come out on top all the time...
