CIRA 2015 board of directors election and annual general meeting dates

OTTAWA – March 16, 2015 – The Canadian Internet Registration Authority’s (CIRA) 2015 board of directors election process will begin on June 11, 2015 with a call for applications.

Online voting for election candidates will begin at CIRA’s annual general meeting (AGM) on September 16, 2015 and will run until September 23, 2015.

This year, .CA Members will elect four board members.

CIRA’s election process provides Canadians and .CA Members the opportunity to take a leadership role in advancing the Internet in Canada and to ensure .CA continues to be an accessible, secure and trusted Canadian resource.

All .CA Members will be invited by email to vote and attend the AGM. Further details will be posted on CIRA’s website as they become available.
